This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments for subscriptions and purchases made on the AI Fiesta platform are handled.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By subscribing to AI Fiesta or purchasing any of our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
2. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All payments made to AI Fiesta - including subscription fees, renewals, one-time token packs, and add-ons - are final and non-refundable, regardless of how much of your token allocation you have used, your reason for requesting a refund, or when the request is made.
This applies equally to Basic and Pro plan subscriptions, and to enterprise or custom agreements unless their specific contract states otherwise.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation only stops future billing charges - it does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing cycle.

Exceptions to this policy may only be granted where required by applicable law.
